Sachin is an expert in Agile methodologies and Scrum. His involvement with team really helped us to mature in Agile and Scrum. He is a very good “coach” and his best quality which I can highlight is about how he merges with the teams and able to coach using a real time examples. I had the pleasure of working with Sachin as an agile coach for our team. From day 1, we could see that Sachin was very result oriented, focused, effective and observant. In particular, he was able to enroll teams into breaking down user stories to the extent possible and yet the stories retained their business value. The estimation and story pointing methodology became a hit within the teams and everyone started participating in the process.
He also was able to ensure that teams authentically raise the issues instead of being overly optimistic or pessimistic. Most of the scrum ceremonies were adjusted and altered so that they were done correctly. He was also able to build a great rapport with the team members and influence them in the right direction.
Last but not the least, teams improved upon both velocity and quality targets over a period of 2 months. I, personally, learnt a great deal from Sachin. I would highly recommend Sachin as an agile coach to help teams transition from just thinking that they are agile, to truly being agile!!!
I am PMP just because Sachin’s teaching skill!
I am techie at work – mostly play with technology and tools on day to day basis. I do manage people or project but that’s for short period of time. That’s not my regular activity.
Attending Sachin’s sessions were instrumental for me to achieve the PMP certification in first attempt. He has hidden skills to present the topic, hidden skills to make you understand any hard subject. His perfect style of making sessions interactive was real help.
He is definitely a good teacher, good coach! Kind of Guru when it comes to help you understand processes, project management!

Actually I am short of words to explain Sachin’s unique way of training. Any trainer can learn from Sachin how to turn a boring subject into an interesting, facts based and very interactive and participative discussion.
Sachin have a commendable knowledge on the PMP gathered thru his professional and training experience. Sachin has a unique method to connect the topics and he prepare the ground before landing on any specific topic due to which you will never feel disconnected.

Sachin shared many real life Agile practices, working experience which made us easy to relate to what we were learning in class – PMI-ACP. Sachin also made us participate in a lot of hands on activities such as creating user stories, planning poker games, using task board and many more which helps with visualization that makes PMI-ACP learning modules come alive.
The structure of the workshop was conceived and designed in a very logical fashion and covered quite a lot of project management concepts with proper focus from the exam point of view. The interesting and relevant examples presented by Sachin while explaining dry concepts helped me visualize scenarios and relate to my work-day experiences.
It also helped me digest PMBOK more easily which I could not have imagined to gulp otherwise. Sachin’s workshop gave me a direction and a head-start to plan and obtain my PMP credentials successfully. Thank you Sachin for the wonderful training experience.
I want to take this opportunity to express my sincere appreciation for the training sessions conducted by Sachin on PMP Exam Preparation. At the beginning appearing for PMP exam was a very daunting task, and I was not at all confident that I would be able to attempt PMP exam within 3 months of the training sessions. The content of the sessions was very well organized, and the pace was very comfortable. The first session was an immense confidence booster as it not only laid out the plan for the remaining sessions but also gave the road map of how to prepare and tackle the exam. Sachin has a very good command over the topics covered during the sessions and he is very thorough and patient while answering the queries from the participants.
After completing the session not only I was absolutely clear about how to tackle the exam but also very confident about my preparation. Continuing on the roadmap laid out by these training sessions I was able to appear and successfully clear PMP certification within 6 weeks of finishing the training sessions. Getting PMP certification was very rewarding feeling and this would not have been possible without the insightful and easy to follow training sessions by Sachin.
Giesecke and Devrient (G&D) / Development Center India (DCI) – Pune has been practicing Scrum in some projects for sometime now. G&D-DCI decided to engage Sachin Dhaygude as a scrum coach cum consultant to do the maturity assessment of how scrum being followed across projects.
As part of assessment, he attended various scrum events across different projects and also interviewed key stakeholders in Pune and Munich. He provided a comprehensive report of observations he made across projects and also recommended few areas of improvements in current Scrum way.

Sachin’s unique way to teaching and command on the subject is just awesome. He conducted Scrum & Test Driven Development training sessions. This 3 weeks long classroom and on-the-project hands-on training helped the team of 8 developer get up to the speed quickly.
